| Description |
The purpose of ecology club is to connect students
to real world solutions for human induced problems
that affect our environment. Members should
be self-motivated and show interest and aptitude
for solving ecological problems. Envirothon
has been at AHS for 11 years.

Envirothon competition at local, state and
national levels, river cleanups, watershed
restoration and recycling programs.
The team of Claire Gilbert, Hallie Morris,
Sarah Shaup, Greg Dikis and David Lopez won the
State Competition at Marietta College June 11, 12,
13 2004 Then placed 31st Nationally in the Cannon
International Environment at West Virginia Wesleyan
July 25 - August 1, 2004
